3 Good Things
It’s good to take some time out to look for the positive things in our lives, even if they are hard to find.
Take a pen and paper, and put a 2 minute timer on your phone.
Write down at least 3 good things about today. It could be anything from getting a good grade on your course work, or that it didn’t rain today.
How many good things can you list in 2 minutes? 5 minutes? 10? 20? 50?!
Try and take some time out every day to think of 3 good things that happened on that day, or 3 things that you are grateful for. We find that doing this just before bed is a good way to end each day on a positive note, no matter how tough it’s been. Try it for a week, and see how you feel!
